I paid online for my transaction, but made an appointment with staff to meet and show me my unit. The gentleman was patient, went to get me a dolly and explained everything to me and was kind. Thanks for having a good employee and a super clean storage.

Pros: Convenient, clean, secure, helpful staff.Cons: Rate increases every 6 months like clockwork, some hallway lights are out and management will only allow 2 bulbs replaced per month (so I was told) so I had to move units to be able to see in my unit.

We would have given a 10, but we had not paid a late fee in the entire time we had the account. Due to an expired card, and our efforts to change it online but he interface not accepting it, we accrued a late fee. We tried contacting the office several times and nobody ever answered the phone. It was not until we emailed a generic email for them that we were going to cancel did we get a response. I explained to the person the situation, and they did not even offer to waive the fee or speak to a manager etc. I did not push it because we were going to close our account in a month or so anyways. But due to this, we would not recommend Cubesmart to others.

The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, and the staff has been consistently friendly and professional. The online account management and payment process are convenient, and I appreciate the clear communication from the team. The only small area for improvement might be slightly longer access hours or more lighting in some areas, but overall I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend CubeSmart.

The services and facilities are good; and in a convenient location. The prices are on the high side, and written into the contract is a clause that allows Cubesmart to raise them further after 6mo's
