The person that that we talked to and showed us around was wonderful. The building was clean and we appreciated the way the lighting came on as we walked. We were able to get a unit close to the elevator so not a lot of walking back for unloading.

I want to share my experience because it has been extremely frustrating, and I am hoping someone at the corporate level will step in and make this right.1. I was promised a full refund and still have not received it. I need someone to look into this immediately.2. The website feels misleading. I reserved a *first floor* unit with a start date of 12/1. Instead, I was assigned a *5th floor* unit and my lease started the same day.3. The instructions regarding the lease were unclear. The email simply said there was “one more step” and to sign the lease. It did not clearly state that signing would start the rental that day. Because of this, I was charged for days I never intended to use.4. When I received a bill, I immediately called customer service to correct the start date. After being put on hold for a very long time, I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. After waiting a full week, I went into the facility. The onsite staff were kind but told me I was out of luck and that I should try contacting the regional manager, Laura.5. When Laura called back, she was dismissive and rude. I explained how much time this had taken away from my business, and her response was essentially “that’s the way it is.” Eventually, after I expressed how unacceptable the experience had been, she offered a refund. The problem is that I did not want a refund. I wanted the unit I originally reserved, with the correct start date. Regardless, I agreed to the refund just to move on. And yet, I still have not received it.Here is what I want understood: I am a business owner. We would have used this storage long term for our company’s supplies. If the regional manager had handled this with basic professionalism, you would have gained a long-term customer. Instead, I am still dealing with no refund and no communication.I need someone from corporate to reach out and confirm when my refund will be processed. I am trying to avoid leaving a negative review elsewhere, but at this point I am being left with no choice.
