We had a fantastic experience with CubeSmart from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our entire time there. The building always felt secure and was consistently spotless, which gave us real peace of mind.Monthly payments were simple, and the app made accessing the secure gates quick and easy. Our unit was convenient to get to, and everything about the process was seamless. We would absolutely return to CubeSmart for future storage needs and highly recommend this location.

My experience at CubeSmart was inconsistent and frustrating due to very different levels of customer service during my booking and move-in process.One employee (Jessica) was warm, knowledgeable, and helpful, clearly explaining unit options and pricing and helping me find terms that fit my needs. When I returned another day to finalize the reservation, a different employee (Dalton) was argumentative and defensive, treated me as if I were being dishonest, and did not listen to what I was explaining. There was a pricing discrepancy from what had previously been agreed upon, and instead of resolving it transparently, I felt pressured to move forward without involving a manager.I chose to return the following day and worked with the original employee who quickly corrected the pricing and reversed the changes without issue. While the problem was ultimately fixed, the process wasted my time and involved unnecessary pushback and pressure.Customer experience should be consistent regardless of who you work with. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
