I feel mislead in many ways. When I signed up I was encouraged to add insurance, which I have now learned I did not need. The pricing on my unit began somewhere around 250....this month it was going to go up to 415 - I've had this unit for about 1.5 years. There is nothing that would cause that kind of surge in pricing - consistently. I will never use this company again.

Self Storage is what it is. Self-Storage. There's a better way to do self-storage however most customer feedback goes unread, not responded to and unconsidered. Long term storage requires different solutions and models.

CubeSmart makes it easy to rent storage space in a clean, secure environment. Dalton helped us get everything set up and even went to the trouble to switch units for us. Best of all, it's nearby and easy for us to access as we get ready for a big move!
