Overcharged. We paid a certain amount, realized we needed different unit so I called and asked if they could use what we paid for the first unit (it was never used I called same day) towards a new one and she said yes but we still had paid over 100+ with no proof that the payment we made was put towards the new unit. Overpriced for such a small unit.

Great staff. Helpful, empathetic. Especially Jose and Jessica. Top notch. Jose made the rounds and called me and told me my unit was actually unlocked. I didn’t realize that the latch wasn’t slid in. He is very kind.
