The fact that the rent only fluctuates up is asinine. I’ve had storage before no fluxing for two years I only changed to have it closer to me. I’ll be going back to them.

The staff was supposed to give me a 19.99 refund for a lock I never took / recieved. They did not. I will be reporting you guys to the BBB for unethical business practices.
