Great customer service punctual always called to make sure that my stuff was going to be OK once I got it out. There were no issues with my belongings being there.

Completely incompetent, rude, and unhelpful staff. I have filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General and BBB.

Loved everything about cube smart, property management was always so amazing to me.

Unsure about security access so far. Doors are all unlocked and I was told that the gate opens simply by driving up as close to the gate as possible. A cart was also not easily located and aren’t supplied in each building.

Your staff is great but you raise prices on existing customer. I was told that is the market rate adjusting which is not true because you advertise the units for cheaper. This means that if you have to advertise a cheaper rate to get people in that the true market rate is that.
