Personnel are never in the office. Considerable amount of gate malfunctions. No dumpster accessibility. Rent has increased $100 each year, only to find the storage facility freshly painted. Upon my attempt to move out, I approached my unit and found a cubesmart lock -- not my regular combo lock. Someone had removed my combo lock and placed a standard cubesmart lock without my consent. After waiting for hours for someone to return to the office, they claimed they had no knowledge of this and had to saw it off. Things were 100% missing.

Really nice place but accessibility is difficult . They seemed to have renovated and did some cosmetic improvement like painting the facility which I think led to over pricing the unit.
