This is the second time I've rented with CubeSmart. Each time I try to end my rental agreement with them, there is always a month-long issue where they charge me one more month and then give me a refund. A month later. CubeSmart seems to short-staff their sites and overwhelm managers with customer requests. Very rarely do I see more than one person on site.

I didn’t love the phone calls a week before my reservation was scheduled to start saying that if I don’t respond by the next day, my reservation would be cancelled. I’m sure there are lots of no-shows on pre booked units but the aggressive nature of the voicemails they left were a bit off putting. I haven’t used the unit yet, so that will be the deciding factor over everything but as long as my stuff is safe for the month or so I need it stored, I guess I can’t complain

Staff really friendly and helpful and storage unit is welcoming, unit was really clean and ready for me and after I was done with the unit staff still was very friendly.
