I was able to get my storage unit and order it online and reserve it online with no problems everything was in my storage unit the lock the key all I had to do was break a seal quick and easy

As reported, I received a scam text that knew when my renewal date with cubemart and had your logo but the form was fake unfortunately I fell for it had my account drained.only an employee would have kn I wn my renewal date of the 19th

You raise the storage charges every few months. You wanted to charge me literally twice what I have to pay at Public Storage, which is a cleaner, safer facility. My unit at CubeSmart was burglarized.

Increased my monthly cost by over $50 per month. The elevator was broken for months and my partner and I had to move our furniture down the stairs in the dark (the lights were also broken). Terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend
