There is a major rodent issue. The property manager tried to help, but after 2 months, the problem was not resolved.

Very flexible when reserving a unit. It was held for me past the time they gave me. i was able to complete the rental agreement online which made it easy. The persons who spoke with were gracious and quick to respond.

The unit was fine but I didn’t have access to the cart storage area, which was especially inconvenient because the nearest elevator was out of order for several weeks.

The people at the CubeSmart location are great. The issue was someone came and stole all of my items out of my unit. I wasn’t notified or anything until I personally came to the unit for some items.
