Price availability customer service.

Price was higher than most, the facility was older than most, management in my southwest state went to the deep south, was not given a refund on termination, climate controlled was set over 80 degrees, rat and bug infested, rates went up immediately, lack of cameras inside climate controlled areas, and the list could go on and on. I was glad to leave actually.

I went to rent a storage I got the wrong size I had paid for. I went back 1-2 hrs later to get the bigger room not even using the smaller room an got charges a lot more all over again.

They go up in price very quickly. It doesn't matter if I have been there for years they don't appreciate it or give long term good paying customers any discounts. After about every 6;months the price keeps rising about $35. to $40 each time.
