They advised a cost to rent units. About $32 a month. Seemed like a good deal. However, it ended up being $52 a month because of $5,000 of insurance that we didn’t need. The insurance is mandatory. The stuff we stored is worthless to anyone that breaks into it. The check out was Friendly and fast. But, I should had shopped around more because I know I paid too much for what I got.

Gate doesn't work & no lights in the climate control which means I have to use my phone flash light when I go there

The gate always worked and there was always a vehicle at the front so I knew a worker was always there. The gate was never out of service where it would stay open like other facilities so I felt that my things were safe.

My experience has been good, the employee was Various courteous and explained everything to me.
