Pleasant customer service

Really clean, spacious, safe storage unit. Spent 7 years using the storage service, never had any adverse events during rental. Great customer service, will miss the staff that helped on many occasions over the years. Only reason why leaving because of the significant increase in fees over the past 3 years. Thank you for your help.

Very nice crew

I love everything about cubesmart except you raise the rent a lot. You would hv gotten a 10 if you demonstrated you value your paying abs returning customers by giving us a break. However, I do love cubesmart and am using you again.

Very Tidy. Employees are humble and helpful

When I started with CubeSmart, the bill was $170 per month, in a year and a half. It was increased, then another year and a half it was increased, and then it was just increased again to $580. When I called and asked when the cap off is for the increase in rent, I was told there is none. After the first increased, I asked the employee who was working at the front desk if it will be increased again and he said no. A year later it was increased. I am not happy with the fact that I was not told from the start that there is an increase every year, this should be told to all customers using your service.
