Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is the second time I have used Cubesmart on Pleasant Street for storing my daughter's dorm stuff for the summer break.

Heather was incredibly accommodating. I was only in town for one day and urgently needed a storage unit. After leaving a message with CubeSmart, she returned my call within minutes. She gave me a thorough tour of the unit and explained everything clearly and concisely.I appreciated her upbeat attitude and genuine passion for helping customers. I initially had concerns about security, but Heather reassured me that the facility is safe and well‑secured. Her professionalism and attentiveness made the entire process smooth and stress‑free.

Facility is old, not enough carts

I appreciate the welcoming. The place is well situated. The only thing that surprises me is that the price on website is different from the one you give in office.Please explain all on website.

I was never able to access my unit. The entrance was poorly marked. Instructions provided codes needed to enter the building but were unclear on how to use them. The local office was closed, so another customer had to explain the how to open the garage door. The driveway was too narrow for our 15' U-Haul and parking spots were too short. The truck got stuck in the driveway twice. An intoxicated homeless man blocked our entry repeatedly, threatened us and demanded help. Instructions to access the elevator were unclear. The broken elevator wouldn't take us to our floor--or any floor other than the one we were on. I lost two hours, I had to pay the movers an additional $100 for overtime, then pay them again the next day to finish the job. I had to pay UHaul to extend the truck rental, and then find parking for truck until the next day, when i was able to get a storage space at UHaul. The total cost to me was approximately $600. I can not imagine a worse experience than the one we had. I came to CubeSmart because it was automated and inexpensive but found that nothing worked the way it was supposed to, and the experience only added to the cost of my move.
