I’ve called the office for my actual location 3x yesterday to discuss going down one size unit, and all three times I got a recording that said to the effect that they were “out of the office, helping other customers,” and even though I left a voicemail in the afternoon, I never got a call back — and this morning the movers are coming. NOT. GOOD.
