Worker's very helpful nice attitude towards the customer

There was a rat infestation in my unit. Cubesmart management lied about the source of the rat infestation.

Horrible place to rent a storage unit. The staff are shady. Units consistently getting broken into. Do not rent here & if you do don’t have anything valuable because you will be preyed upon

The unit that I had was overpriced and there were always bugs and mice droppings in my unit. I also understand that it is an old facility but it could be maintained better for the price. Additionally, the young lady that has the glasses and brunette hair and bang always had a nasty attitude. On the phone and in person. I would recommend this place if it was an emergency with no other options l.
