The customer service is great, however, the on going price increase is uncontrollable. I had a a bigger storage from 180.00 to up to over 400.00. Transfer to a small for 60.00 now going up to 280.00. Went back to a slightly bigger for the same price. It will probably will be double in the next few months.

The Bartlett office personnel was very friendly and nice to deal with and the accessibility to our unit was convenient. I was very unhappy with the rate change from $141.monthly to $157.monthly also the $4.71 monthly credit card charge :(
