Because almost tripling the cost to rent over 2 years is absolutely ridiculous. I was the second person to get a unit at this location the day it opened, through multiple issues and multiple price increases I never complained. After the price was $350 and I had to complain about it just to get it to 300 I was done.

No problems from start to finish, prices went up seem to be more often but I was notified each time but still in all was a good place to keep my things until I needed them and it was always clean.

Need more carts at each door

From the first day i stored my things at cubesmart, it was a disaster. Let's start with pricing. The introductory pricing is competitive with other climate controlled units but it doesnt last long. The price increased A LOT. Does the service you get justify the price? Absolutely not. No matter the time of year, the building was always hot. Multiple times, there was no one in the office to tend to on-site needs. There was never a cart available when needed. The door accessing the side of the building my unit was on has been locked in the past with no explanation. That isn't just an inconvenience, but a safety hazard. I haven't been happy as a customer because I didnt feel valued as one.
