The rate increases are out of control. I rented a 5X10 unit for under $100/month and now they want $166/month. No way! I can move elsewhere for under $50.The units and infostructure are definitely nice and clean.

I was not told that it was a going to be variable rental rate. I rented a 12 x 20 for $165 and by the beginning of the third month it had gone up $43.00 to over $200.00 for the unit. What a rip off!
