Your pricing structure on units could only be called one word, a scam. You entice people to come in at a reasonable rate, and then every 6 months increase their rent by 20% or more. The unit lease does not even out line how much the rent increases will be. This was an awful experience.

I came into Cubesmart looking for a storage space and I was taken care immediately. I was explained everything and taken directly to the storage. The person who assisted was professional, respectful and provided customer service.

Very good customer service. No issues or complaints in that regard.However, the prices are no longer affordable.Unable to keep items at home, CubeSmart is the most convenient, location wise.Nevertheless; the cost is quiet high for a retired senior.
