Overall, Cubesmart is great. The increase in rent every 6 months is what keeps me from rating a 10.

The charges were way too high! It started out decent, but three years in and I went from about $70 to $250 for a tiny unit. That’s an exorbitant increase. I often saw mice and critters and during the summers it is NOT climate controlled. Thank God I had already moved a lot of stuff out ahead of the heat wave or I would’ve come back to melted belongings.

I love the unit , it was reasonable price and good size. And I will rent it again if I needed it, so thank you for renting it to me

Dirty. Always broken elevators. The people in the office were never helpful. They always told me to call corporate the rates went up without any notice.

You raised my rent so often and so much I couldn't afford it anymore. I also asked for a new lock when I moved in and never received it.

I have used cube smart for about 4yrs and I had no problem at all! Great service! Great prices! Overall satisfied
