The two customer services attending during two visits were professional. patient, accommodating. They took their time explaining the various options as well as costs.I am satisfied with the options offered in terms of size as well as cost; however, I feel CubeSmart has become unaffordable compared to when I rented the first unit.Certainly, this is not a reflection on the agents.

The storage unit was clean and ready for me. The manager Nicole was welcoming and very helpful. It was a very smooth transition to unload my items into the unit.

I rented for 6 1/2 years. Fear few years rent was raised very little. Then increases were $30.00 more monthly. Nothing changed…..same unit…nothing added. Even if expenses for Cubesmart increased, your increasing rent that much for all tenants or most tenants???? I felt like I was being robbed. And the elevator or sometimes the two elevators were out of service. And not repaired immediately. More than once tenants had to use the STAIRS. Not safe for people carrying things down stairs. Service like this and then we get increased?? For awhile limited to like 2 carts to transport so if those two were being used a person had to wait for an available one. Now they finally have more.

Only for a few months is ok. Not long term.
