The storage is clean and spacious. It is well maintained. But my issue sometimes is thd elevator there are months that only 1 elevator is working. So if the days are busy it is been difficult to move around..

Staff is very kind and helpful, treat people with respect. I was very comfortable with there service, nice and clean, unit offers are reasonable that I recommend cubesmart to family and friends if they needed storage.

The late fee policy is ridiculous!!!! To get charged a late fee leas than one week of the due date is crazy. You guys are stricter than mortgage company. To try and get someone on the phone afterwards so you can negotiate the $25 late fee and pay isnt optional because no one answers the phone.

Great prices, great staff! The stuff was very helpful and informative. The only think that I didn’t like was the late fees showing have more wiggle room for customers to wave.
