Elevators are often not working. During my move, both elevator banks were out of order for several days. This caused significant delay in my move and additional cost of having to rent another storage unit with a competitor and lost money on U-Haul truck rental. Very inconvenient and a huge safety issue! When I asked for compensation for the additional expenses I incurred due to your elevators being out of service, I received no response or acknowledgment. Being a customer for 5 plus years, I did not appreciate being ignored.

Your pricing structure on units could only be called one word, a scam. You entice people to come in at a reasonable rate, and then every 6 months increase their rent by 20% or more. The unit lease does not even out line how much the rent increases will be. This was an awful experience.
