The random increase was awful and then when you call customer service they stated well its only $20 increase, frequent $20 increase and the icing on the cake was the $40 increase. My storage unit was getting extremely high. My entire family and friends boycotted CubeSmart awful experience.

I’ve been a tenant here for several years, and over time the management and overall attitude have gone steadily downhill — not to mention the constant price increases. There’s absolutely no way to see eye-to-eye with them on anything. I would never recommend renting a storage unit here to anyone.
