I have tried through numerous emails and calls to the company to try and understand why my bill was so high and new customers have 1/4 of what I pay EVERY MONTH. The increases are insane and the people that work in the Bayonne location are not nice. You are an inconvience to them as they are talking with their friends on their earpods.I will never tell anyone to use your company. The service and the cost is horrific.

While all my items were safe and great condition and the staff being very friendly and professional. I am did have a problem of the constant increase of prices. Some2 a year, and many times it was over eighty dollars. And because of this I gave a rating of 7

First off, the elevators not working half of the time causing me to have to lug my belongings up so many stairs to reach my unit on the 7th floor. I chose cubesmart to make my life easier and it did the opposite. When i needed to get my stuff in my unit when the elevator was down i was told i have to bring it up the stairs. Meanwhile most places offer temporary floor units for these mishaps or units closer to the ground. When i proposed this to staff, they walked outside and had a discussion about what they should do. They came inside and claimed they had the next best thing for me which was a temporary unit on the ground floor with gate access. It sounded amazing. Then they said it would only cost me a 175 dollar hold. Hold as in like credit card hold, this way it could get removed ones i moved my other belongings to my other unit. When this happened I was ready to let them take what i thought was a temporary hold. Then they said “no we want cash”. Honestly i felt like i was getting blackmailed so i just left and waited with my suv stuffed with my belongings because it no longer fit in my home. I was really pissed off and inconvenienced. When i finally was able to bring my stuff in weeks later, they acted like they didn’t know who i was, like this is a routine for them. Scamming people in places like this are really messed up and i hope to never have an experience like that again.
