Nothing is good.

For months one elevator has been down and then the second elevator was acting up and not working to where people such as myself was stuck and had to wait for the fire department to get me out. Office isn’t open 7 days when customers might have issues. And you can’t access the building through the stairs because the elevators aren’t reliable.

Na'Cole was charming and intelligent. She was also insightful for what size storage I needed.

Convenience, and friendly staff

The random increase was awful and then when you call customer service they stated well its only $20 increase, frequent $20 increase and the icing on the cake was the $40 increase. My storage unit was getting extremely high. My entire family and friends boycotted CubeSmart awful experience.

Great customer service with Nicole. Explain different options and went out her way to show us the different sizes available. Also recommended we can always upgrade if needed to. Answered all our questions.
