Customer Service

The storage facility is decent and well maintained. The staff is kind. However the payment process is horrible and the pricing is ridiculous. The fact that you have to move units to get a low price is mind blowing. You can’t make A partial payment at any time. There are not payment plans. You working with people. No consideration for how back the economy has gotten and how much people are struggling with expenses and finances. Just pay or we lock you out

Clean, easily accessible, large units

First thing I would like to mention is the associate Autumn. Autumn was and is one of the most attentive and professional business people I have ever worked with. You can tell her from the very beginning of meeting her , you would be receiving the best customer service I have ever worked with in my 61 years. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know and got me through the process. I can't thank you enough for having this young lady on sight to get me though the process. I regret not being able to use your services longer than I did, but times are hard right not and she never made me feel and bad for canceling my rental. God bless your company and especially Autumn

You don’t have lights in your climate control shop and no electrical outlets, guess you expect your customers to see in the dark. I will find another place that has lights and move.

Loved the convenience of the facility, the hours of operation, the cleanliness of the units, and the communication of the staff. Never felt anxious or unsafe while there. Professional service at a reasonable price.
