No one seemed to ever be available to talk to. The door was always locked. When I called I always had to leave a message and never. Not once. Did I ever get a call back. I understand people are busy.But wow

The storage facility is decent and well maintained. The staff is kind. However the payment process is horrible and the pricing is ridiculous. The fact that you have to move units to get a low price is mind blowing. You can’t make A partial payment at any time. There are not payment plans. You working with people. No consideration for how back the economy has gotten and how much people are struggling with expenses and finances. Just pay or we lock you out
