Prices are high and go up all the time. We try to get things fixed and it never happens. Cheaper rates in the area

The managers are very helpful and nice. The facility is well lit and well maintained. I wouldn't have moved from this storage unit if I wasn't moving so far from it. Unfortunately, my goal is to rid myself of a storage unit entirely and driving so far doesn't help me reach that goal.

My experience having a storage unit there was great. I personally didn’t experience any problems with my belongings there and when the ac went out, the manager called me right away to notify me. When I got all my personal items out to move, everything was in great condition. The only reason I did an 8 is because the rent kept increasing, however, nothing changed. I didn’t get a bigger unit nor was the temperature lowered during the hotter months in south Texas to ensure inside the units remained cool.
