My experience having a storage unit there was great. I personally didn’t experience any problems with my belongings there and when the ac went out, the manager called me right away to notify me. When I got all my personal items out to move, everything was in great condition. The only reason I did an 8 is because the rent kept increasing, however, nothing changed. I didn’t get a bigger unit nor was the temperature lowered during the hotter months in south Texas to ensure inside the units remained cool.

Horrible customer service particularly the female manager named Daniele. She needs to be retrained. Always had a chip in her shoulder. Had to move because the store wouldn’t fix air conditioning for over a month.
