Too many rodents & unit smelled moldy from the moment I moved in. Also raised prices too frequently

One because the rental insurance was mandatory and I was not given the option to get my own outside from another source.Secondly, the maintenance was always under expectations. It always looked dirty and full of debris and spider webs . All the time. Not the same at Ihaul.

The cost has risen way way too much and the facilities has issues with too much lawn care equipment messing it up.

I moved out my unit about a week and a half ago and I called and left a message stating that I left out my unit because every time I come to the location in Beach Park nobody’s at the unit and they still charge my credit card did follow up with them via phone, but I haven’t received a call back yet.
