I moved out my unit about a week and a half ago and I called and left a message stating that I left out my unit because every time I come to the location in Beach Park nobody’s at the unit and they still charge my credit card did follow up with them via phone, but I haven’t received a call back yet.

Friendly staff very welcoming and the staff was helpful in helping me choose the best unit at a reasonable price

The climate controlled units are not properly climate controlled. I had to throw away a bunch of my items that had mold on them from moisture. When I brought it up to the property manager, he told me there was nothing that could be done and I should just try to clean it off.

Rate kept going up for the same storage
