Because the cost of the unit was constantly going up in price. Also, late fees were add for even a couple of days being late. We had been customers since before CubeSmart took over.

Safe facility. Well lit and secure. The only negative most likely can’t be helped, but it was extremely difficult to enter our unit when snow had been plowed at the door.
