I feel my possessions are safe and the condition of the unit and the facilities are well maintained and clean.

did not appreciate the 35 dollar increase on such a small unit right after i rented it and it,s a hit or miss with your staff in the office. multiple times i,ve gotton 'be back at whatever time'. my time is important to me and i'm sure it is to your other customers.

Needs to be shoveled and plowed out better. I have a bad back and have another unit outside. I have to shovel my way to my unit to get in.Clerk on site is excellent and helpful.I do wish there was more lighting. I do wish the hours to access my unit was 24 hours because I don’t sleep at night and I could be at my unit organizing it

Clean area and excellent service

Prices went up too often. After it snowed they plowed all the snow onto all the outside roll up doors. Our new storage facility plowed and cleared access to all doors. Price is nearly half the rent as well for a 10x10.
