The rise in price over the last 5 years was ridiculous. I was able to find a similar unit for less than 1/2 the price. It's not local but I don't visit my stuff often anyways.

This comment has nothing to do with the specific location details or the people that manage the property in Beacon Falls, CT - it is directly to CubeSmart corporate: you are predatory and opportunistic company that is taking advantage of people with your policies, primarily rate increase frequency and amounts. I'm hoping legislation will come about in the next few years that will address how rates are assigned, allowed percentage, and frequency of increases.
