There has been a lot of confusion about my intended date of vacating Unit #H004; I explained the date to one of your representatives (it was in March; however, I had to be hospitalized and advanced the vacating date to April 28th.) I actually did vacate that unit on April 28th while you are using May 16th which is very confusing.

Brand New Storage Company in Town. Only Time will tell how safe and dry they keep our stuff! We have had storage at First Street Storage for 17 years. Lets see how Cube Smart Treats us!

poor customer service, poor security systems with false promises of working cameras and lighting, rodent infestations ( on all 3 of my units) , and no one at the corporate office even cared. Burglary of my unit and no help from the Banning Police Department when the suspects were obvious to them. All of this was under First Street storage management. Hopefully your company can provide better service to your customers.

Because of the recent Rat infestation, I have had this storage for about 14 years and never had this infestation until recently.
