The Manager was polite, helpful and accommodating. The rental and drop off went very smoothly.

Cubesmart unexpectedly significantly increased my monthly rental fee within a few days after taking over the management of our storage facility.

Since CubeSmart took over I have been locked inside 3 times, the gates don’t work and I can never reach anyone on the phone or in the office. I don’t understand why it got so hard after CubeSmart took over. I took my stuff out and left.

Ownership change. If I wanted an impersonal storage facility, i.e., big box or in this case "cube" I would have gone to one.
