The staff was very pleasant & helpful. The pricing of the unit size of 10x20 was very reasonable. The 8 score is due to having minor issues with the unit itsels: the light string was broken to short for anyone to reach, which will be a problem when light is needed, the unit roll-up door is extremely hard to open ( the track may be rusted) & the weatherstrip at bottom of door is badly damaged & in need of replacement.
