The woman working there, who was wearing glasses and a surgical mask, came across as very unpleasant. Although she spoke politely on the surface, her attitude felt dismissive and unfriendly. It made the experience uncomfortable overall.

Unit started out at $85 and has been raised to $221. This is ridiculous and I will advise everyone not rent a storage unit from CubeSmart.

Prices are reasonable and they offer free one time use of van with a new rental.

The front desk was not the friendliest. I also did not find the access hours accessible. The lot was scary some times with the way the lights were set up.

Kept raising prices despite being told they only raise twice total.Hours weren’t great. Staff was not always kind or professional.
