We moved out the first day of the next month. I asked for a little flexibility and was denied. So I paid for an entire month for one day. This is not good customer service and a poor policy!

Check in was great and the women that helped me were wonderful. The place is clean and well lit and the location is very convenient for me.

Very expensive, Mouse droppings everywhere and roaches in my unit and I had NO food items of any kind. There were people who seem to be living in small units. I saw one guy came in and washed his face and underarms and even put on cologne and had a microwave all set up to heat his food. Very unnerving, felt like I was not safe.I will say the staff were excellent very helpful and polite.
