A- My unit leaked destroying many personal items.The “recommended insurance” is playing games about paying the claim.B- my rate started at $178 a month - by the time I closed it (2 years) it was over $300 a month headed to $350 by years end!

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. There is always parking and the location of the place is very good. The units are worth the price. My only problem was that I was paying an estimated price and it went up after. Otherwise I no complain about the place
