Your company did not mitigate for rats, hence my unit was infested. I threw out so any personal items and 2 bed sets! I’m furious that your manager was completely inept in dealing with this situation, and this includes your regional manager. I’m considering suing over it.

I was completely put off by your process of charging one rate for moving in. And then very quickly after changing the rate to a higher number. I consider that to be bad and predatory business.
