All of the representatives are extremely nice, professional, alert and honestly there to help with any problem you have. The storage building is clean and so far I feel safe, I would recommend this location. My only concern is when many cars come in at one time, where I park I’m always in the way for someone to exit and I find myself moving my car or praying no one comes in while I’m there. I did have a talk with a very professional gentleman about my concern he is aware. Thank you all so much for being so kind, caring, professional oh and always smiling, you all do an amazing job.

Jureika was a huge help when I needed to quickly rent a storage unit. She was helpful over the phone, and extremely helpful in person when I arrived at the location. She made the process easy and seamless.

I was originally told that I would have to pay for an extra day because I moved out on a weekend. But I sent an email through the customer support portal and was contacted and advised, everything would be ok. I WAS NOT charged any additional fees and as a long time customer of CubeSmart I was truly thankful for the customer support!
