Great customer service from the Belmont location and any time I phoned for assistance or with questions. The app was easy to use. The facility was well kept, clean, and felt safe.

I liked the location. I liked the people. The issue I have is that I simply don't understand your business model. I understand there is an introductory rate, and that rate will go up after the introductory period. What I don't like is the rate of change - 2 rate hits within 1 year. And what I will never understand is why you would rather lose a customer than negotiate on the final rate. And the straw that broke the camel's back is when I simply asked to move spaces (like for like). There was space available but you would not keep my current rate - wanted to increase it by $30/month - just so I could move to a more favorable location. Once that happened - I cancelled immediately and went somewhere else. It's beyond me why you would rather lose a good existing customer and then have to go back to offering the introductory rate to a new customer. Must be something about the business model I don't understand.

The gentlemen that helped me was very patient with me. He did not force me into anything and was very thorough in answering all my questions. He showed me what the storage unit looked like before I made a decision. I apprecieate all of his help. I was specifically at the cube smart on Wilkinson Blvd. Go check them out!!

I stopped by for the first time yesterday and everything was just as described. I appreciated the welcome bag with the essentials. The space was spotless and ready for me to move in my stuff.

You offer a valuable service and I have no complaints about the service provided.The warning I would issue to anyone considering using it is to assume significant price increases every year (approx 13% each and every year).

As mentioned in my review a while back, I feel that the pricing practices with CubeSmart are predatory as they lure people in with one month free only to raise their rate shortly thereafter to a much higher rate (roughly 50% in my case). When you complain they’ll say the rates are still better than the street advertised rates. You can either accept it or move out. If you have a lot of things stored, that’s not easily done, which they know.
