I rented ;3 units. A-12 had a broken, twice I had to request employee to close it. I was unable yo access this unit for 3 months. This is unacceptable. When movers arrived yesterday, they were able to open it w/o inlovkinh. Foot had been broken into.

The manager Brandon was extremely unprofessional when trying to get my stuff out of my unit. He advised me to get my stuff out on a Sunday, so I tried. Unknowingly to me he changed the lock on my unit due to missing a payment, which is fine, but when I paid my bill on the Friday before, he told me that he would change the lock back to my original lock. Unfortunately when I tried to get my stuff, that lock was still there and not changed. I tried to contact the customer service phone five different times in fifteen minute intervals, which they told me to do, and they left him a voicemail every time. I never did receive a call back from Brandon, even thought they told me he is supposed to call me back and he has a phone to do so. I then called back on Monday to see if can have an extra day to get a box truck and get my stuff out, and he said no, that I would be charged $125 on a new rate if I didn’t get my stuff that day. I asked the manager that was there at the time if he could advise Brandon of the situation, and he said he would and would call me back. Brandon then told the manager that he is “going to stand his ground and I’ll have to pay the money if he doesn’t get his stuff out”. I had to end up renting another box truck to get my stuff out of the unit on that day so I don’t get charged. 0/10 recommend this storage unit, just because of Brandon.
