Price. I can secure a 10'X10' unit online, today, on this very property, for less than $55/mo. I entered into my contract many years ago at a similar rate. In 2018 I was already paying $136/mo and in 2025 I'm paying $279/mo. My bad for procrastinating on hiring an outfit to help me relocate to another facility years ago, but I can't tell you how insulting it is for you to take advantage of loyal patrons this way. I can't explain how infuriating, after YEARS of taking my timely payments, you had the audacity to charge me a $37 late fee for being a week past due. If I weren't opposed to investing my time and incurring legal fees, I would question the legality of your tactics.I give 1 star because of the staff in the Belmont office. They were always kind while operating within the parameters allowed them.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the care and attention given to me by Brandon.

I pass by Cubesmart every day on my way home. There was a sign outside of the units that stated "1 month free". However, the day I signed the contract I was told by the associate promotion was over. The sign stating the promotion stayed up for another two months. Then after six months the monthly fee went up about $45. There's no way I'm paying nearly $180 for that space
