I was greeted by the Manager who was very helpful and knowledgeable of the site and unit sizes.

no warning about inside units prone to break in. and my things were stolen. It was an inside job

Gate was left broken for more than 24 hours, staff were great and facility seems to be kept up. Told that while the facility is gated it’s not secure and the live in does not watch the lot if they are not on the clock, so no one watching/responding at night.

The countless rental increases...one after another...after another! I stopped requesting a smaller spot because nothing ever came of it! Your fee became so high i could no longer afford to keep my RV! Thank you very flipping much! Y'all charge incredibly high rates for a less than average facility! The security gate was continuously broken and no use for security! Really what the hell was i paying for?? Really i was paying for Y'all to screw me royally and i have absolutely nothing to show for it! Don't worry...all of these things will be reflected in a very heartfelt review!
