The staff in friendly and informative. They worked to get the best deal that's worked for me.

Kevin is professional and friendly. He provides great service.The facility itself is in a strange location and the unit I had had no temperature control and allowed for lots of dust to enter. It's overpriced for what it is.

The customers service I recieved was "top tier"from Joey. Now, there's a new guy named Kevin who now completes the team.

Hi, my name is Joel, I've been renting at this location in Benicia, California, for nine years. We've never had managers like today. They made a very positive change. Now you can go to the office to ask questions or whatever you need. It's open all day. Before, it wasn't closed all day when the previous manager wouldn't answer the phone all day. Now we have two new, very professional managers in Customer Service. All the spaces are incredibly clean and more organized. I myself got those who had left to come back and rent here again, and everyone is happy. Thank you for making those changes. We need people who want to work responsibly, like the general manager you hired today and the assistant. Very good. I recommend this place 100% now.

When I went to my storage unit, it was infested with big rats. Everything was destroyed cost me $1300 to dump everything all my belongings are gone. When we went there about a year ago, you guys said that there was no rats which obviously you don’t take care to make sure your units have no openings.
