Because new management is more organized the store is clean good customer service. I recommend to my friend ready to come back to the store.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The site attendant/manager was always very polite and accommodating. He is a hard worker, which is appreciated. I was definitely upset to find evidence of a rat in our unit, but also do realize the facility is located in the industrial area and near the water/ships. The facility was maintained and I always felt safe while there. I would recommend CubeSmart if someone needed a short-term storage unit. However, without having a 24/7 onsite attendant, I would not recommend anyone store items of value at this facility. Additionally, the consistent increase in rent is a bit much. The rent increase nearing $300/mo was our reason to leave. Also, the required insurance is a good money maker, but provides no support for the lessee--causing additional money waste.
