Very smooth online transaction- Great customer service. Was called twice, before to set me up and and answer any question. And a second time to find out how things did go and if needed any other assistance.The only thing i would suggest and even tho i was told on the phone how to access the second part of the storage where my spot was, i could not find it at first as i went to the main entrance, drove around and had to leave and called the 800 number which no one was available even tho it says for emergency. I drove around finally foud the second entreance. Adding a map on the website would be very beneficial so people would know which direction to go for what spot number they have. That was refraining me to give a 10. Otherwise. Great choice so far and great price. Thank you
