Donna and other employees were always helpful and friendly. The place was clean and I could always find a cart.

The storage facility is infested with rodents.I was horrified to see rodent droppings all over the storage unit and our furniture.

I had two units at cubesmart. Both had water damage to them. The gate was open for three months. The bathroom was always locked or broken and there aren't any dumpsters aloud to be used by customers. The employee when I left always had an attitude for using the bathroom inside.

The sign up and go in costs were greatIt was an easy transaction and when I no longer needed the units the cancellation was flawless

Everything was great except when you raised my monthly payment by $30/month. I understand inflation and rising prices by a few dollars but $30/month in one shot for no additional services was not worth it.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. The price jumping after four months is nonsense.
