The facility was very good but the price is very expensive

The prices went up over the last 3 years.

Everything was good. Just couldn’t afford it anymore

My location was clean and access was smooth but you keep raising my rent even though I paid on time every month for 3 years.

Because the manager at the place was not nice or professional. Always had problems eith broken elevators and doors

Well for the most part everything was great, and the staff was always cooperative. What I found disappointing was the lack of dollies to be able to use for those of us who may only have one or two trips versus the folks with the big trucks who seem to just take all of them and leave us without. Not sure how to fix that but just a point.
