The score of zero is more than appropriate.

The manager of my facility Chris, is the most unprofessional manager I have ever had to deal with. He is very Rude, condescending and disrespectful. As a customer I expect more. Especially when I’m paying over 300 a month for a storage unit. When I had a problem he was not a problem solver but made the problem worse which made me leave your facility and go to another storage unit company. This decision was based solely on his unprofessional behavior towards me.

I started to get charged more than what I was quoted for.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Chris was the name of the person who attended me and he was super rude and unprofessional. I ll rate a big zero on his customer service. I will never recommend anyone this location.
