Well for the most part everything was great, and the staff was always cooperative. What I found disappointing was the lack of dollies to be able to use for those of us who may only have one or two trips versus the folks with the big trucks who seem to just take all of them and leave us without. Not sure how to fix that but just a point.

Very clean but the raising of the monthly rental within 4-6months is very unreasonable. I can see maybe after one year but it is out of control.

The monthly fee is too high, four years ago this month, my monthly rate was $160.00 now it is $262.00! That's a car payment!
