Service was always excellent, the facility was well-kept, well lit, and felt safe at all times of the day. The units seemed solid, and the location is easy to get to.

From the start the whole process and costs were explained clearly. The space was great for what I needed and my monthly fee went up only once since the start.

The clerk was very helpful over the phone and in person. Paperwork was quick and easy. All my options and available discounts were explained very clearly to as well as advice in case of future changes. I was ready to go with my storage unit in minute 10-15min. Facility is very clean and we'll little. As well as easy to navigate.

The manager of my facility Chris, is the most unprofessional manager I have ever had to deal with. He is very Rude, condescending and disrespectful. As a customer I expect more. Especially when I’m paying over 300 a month for a storage unit. When I had a problem he was not a problem solver but made the problem worse which made me leave your facility and go to another storage unit company. This decision was based solely on his unprofessional behavior towards me.

I started to get charged more than what I was quoted for.
