I feel like the prices were raised with frequency and very little notice. I came in at a very good price and it stayed that way for almost a year as time went on. The price slowly crept up and I had to move to a different storage facility.

Clean secure facility with courteous and informed staff.

Place is well run, very clean. However when you bump the price so high it makes no sense to store my things. I can buy new every year. I understand the business model. Most people will just pay the increases. Just not me.

Obnoxious, overly corporate and customer unfriendly manager. Constant comedy of errors (sold me a lock then had to cut it, sold me another then failed to lock the unit for 2 months and mailed me the wrong key. I had a local person lock it for me and send the correct key, now my 3rd lock purchase). 2. Traveling w out web or email access, called to confirm code. Mgr Would not help me access, couldn’t just clue me to the code hint NOTE: room # plus last 4 of phone…oh the magical secure fortress!! I loaded out yesterday and closed the acct w a smile. Happy thanksgiving to myself!

Management at Bethpage location were good, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the increase in rent every few months seems excessive and made it unaffordable.
