From first to last, my inquiry into renting a space at Cube Smart in Biddeford was pleasant and informative. First of all, a representative was available to speak with me in person. I told him what I needed and he asked all the right questions before showing me a space that is both appropriate and affordable. And then he was patient in explaining all the details of the contract, the access, etc. I cannot give enough kudos for receiving this treatment, especially during a stressful time of moving.

you can’t advertise for a 10x10 then have a gigantic column in the middle of the unit. Thats NOT a 10x10. People rent based off of what they have and strategize how big of a unit they need. I’m lucky I got majority of my belongings to fit but I need the additional space. Not only ground space but the vertical space too. It’s ridiculous. Also the door ways open wrong so you run right into a railing. Either adjust the railing or switch the way the door opens so people can actually get through the door easily.

This place is clean, well managed and dry. What more would I want?

Pricing has to be evaluated for sq-ft. However the service attended has been accommodating and very professional in his approach. I appreciate working with people vs. Online booking and he made it a very pleasurable experience.
